Here at ACVH we firmly believe that preventive care is the foundation of a long and healthy life with your family member.

As the saying goes, "An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure". Vaccinations, blood work, dental care, and heartworm prevention are vital aspects of maintaining your pet's wellness. Not only do they safeguard against potentially life-threatening illnesses, but they also spare you from the financial strain of treating such conditions.

To make essential pet care more accessible and convenient, we've introduced a range of health plans. These plans bundle together key treatments and services, offering you the choice between a simple monthly payment option or a one-time full payment. This means you can provide your furry family member with everything they need to embark on a healthy and happy life by your side, without the worry of unexpected costs.

We have 3 cat plans and 4 dog plans

Health plans differ from savings plans as they do not offer discounted services; rather, they're tailored to help clients budget for their pet's annual preventive care. Upon enrollment in a health plan, we facilitate 11 automatic monthly deductions from the client's credit card through our secure online payment processing terminal (Heartland). The deduction amount is determined by the specific health plan chosen by the client.

For new enrollees, there's an initial enrollment fee to cover the setup costs in our electronic medical system and online payment processing center. Additionally, the first month's payment is collected at this time. Should a pet's plan be renewed within 6 months of its expiration, no further enrollment fees are incurred. However, if a pet remains off a health plan for more than 6 months, the enrollment fee is reapplied. Please note that this fee is non-refundable.

Clients have the flexibility to cancel their health plans at any time. However, if services beyond those covered by the health plan have been utilized, the client is responsible for paying the difference. In cases where the client has paid more than the services provided upon cancellation, we will issue a refund for the difference, excluding the enrollment fee.
